Delivery costs 9,000₮ in Ulaanbaatar and the countryside, added to your total at checkout.

With QPay (scan the QR in your bank app) or by bank transfer.

Go to Account → Order history to see the status of each order. Ordered as a guest? Use “Check your order” at the bottom of any page, with your order number and phone.

An order paid with QPay is cancelled automatically if it is not paid within 15 minutes, and a bank-transfer order if it is not paid within 24 hours. You can order again anytime.

1–2 working days in Ulaanbaatar and 2–5 working days in the countryside, counted from order confirmation.

For hygiene reasons opened products can't be returned. If something arrives damaged or wrong, contact us within 24 hours of receiving it and we'll replace it.

Test it on a small area first. If you notice redness or itching, stop using it and see a doctor.
